As the CEO and Founder of OneMod Studio, Jesse Leister is committed to changing the way building surveys are conducted. His passion for delivering comprehensive and accurate building surveys began from firsthand experience, having faced the challenges of working on projects with limited initial information. Today, Jesse leads OneMod Studio with a mission to provide high-quality, systematic building documentation that eliminates the uncertainties often encountered in architecture and construction. He oversees all aspects of the business, ensuring that every project benefits from the innovative processes and meticulous standards he has established.
With over a decade of experience in architecture, Jesse has honed his skills in creating efficient workflows, developing templates, and training his team with precision and consistency. His methodical approach to surveying buildings has significantly reduced errors and omissions, setting a new standard in the industry. Jesse’s expertise extends to a variety of project types, including retail rollouts, commercial multi-tenant buildings, and multi-family housing.
Before founding OneMod Studio, Jesse held key roles at several firms; ChangeUp, CESO, PCI Design Group, Paradigm, and Progressive AE. Throughout his career, he focused on project management and coordination, driving projects from concept to completion. His experience at these firms has equipped him with a deep understanding of the architectural process, which he now leverages to optimize OneMod Studio’s services.
Jesse’s educational background includes a degree in Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in architecture.
